“ What a little gem this place is not so busy as the mainstream cycling cafes where it’s 30 minutes to get a coffee. Saying that it is very well frequented and always has customers when I visit. I try to include it at least twice a week on my own and club rides. Love the array of homemade cakes and the little shop at the back is a goldmine. As a cyclist who covers over 200 miles a week I can categorically state that this is the best coffee of all the places I frequent ”

“ I called in this pm to buy some strawberries and cakes to take away for tea with firiends. I forgot the closing time. Although the shop was already 'shut' and chairs upturned on tables the door was still open. The amazingly helpful lady kindly got cakes out of the fridge along with 2 punnets of strawberries and re-opened up the till again. A huge thank you for saving our "watching wimbledon tea " in the usual super friendly way. The cakes were delicious as always... What an amazing Hub..... Looking forward to coming in for coffee again very soon. Huge thank you to the very kind lady!!! ”
“ INCREDIBLE HOSPITALITY & FOOD QUALITY THANK YOU ANNETTE, ANDY & STAFF FOR SAVING OUR CYCLING WEEKEND LUNCH Having been let down by a cafe in Wells (who did not contact me, I checked) we were left with no where to have our lunch and have cycle security for 20. I looked up cafe reviews and found Wookey HUB, rang and when Annette answered my call, I TRULY FELT this was going to be the perfect lunch stop, and without doubt, in 12 years of day, and holiday lunch stops this is the best I have ever visited. Food quality was excellent and never before have so many riders repeatedly said how amazing Wookey HUB was. Add to that on an unbelievably hot day we had a rider suffering from severe cramps, and Andy offered to drive him and his cycle back to Weston Super-Mare, which he did. I have never seen or heard of a TEAM this caring and professional. ”
“ I came across cafe whilst on a cycling holiday. Had two hours until I could book in at Wookey Farm campsite. I met some wonderful people at the Wookey Hub. The coffee was first class. Wookey Hub is exactly that a hub for the local community. The villagers were so Hospitable. I wish Sue and Mick all the best for their new life in Kent. (Yes I made it home from the pub). Next time I am in Wookey camping I shall go to the hub. Great place and highly recommend if you are passing through Wookey. ”
